It's funny, isn't it?

We simple human creatures need only a few things, desire a few things more. Tiny, tiny things; simplistic, yet our pursuit of them can shatter planets and destroy stars. The need to survive: food, sleep, security. The desire for companionship: friends, family, lovers. We describe them so succiently, yet struggle to grasp hold of even one of them.

What would you do if all them were presented to you? Each little thing made yours, a place in the world just for you, no questions, no worries. Your own place, with everything you need and desire.

Sounds boring, doesn't it?

I mean, why put away all those worries and fears? What would you do without being up all night, worrying, worrying, worrying? Always on the edge, wondering what tomorrow will bring, hoping for that big break. Why ever go somewhere that answers those questions?
